About Sobha Reserve

Sobha Reserve is a villa community by Sobha Realty in Wadi Al Safa 2, Dubailand, which the developer says covers about 3.47 million sq ft. It offers four- and five-bedroom villas over ground, first and terrace levels, each with a maid's room, from roughly 4,980 to 5,750 sq ft.

In a July 2026 press release, Sobha named Sobha Reserve among the projects it plans to hand over during 2026. Community facilities listed by the developer include a pool, barbecue area, zen garden, outdoor cinema, cycling track, sports arena and bouldering walls.
