Shaw Luxury Real Estate helps private buyers and investors find, compare and secure property across Dubai, from waterfront apartments to family villas and signature penthouses.
We are a brokerage and advisory, not a developer. That independence lets us compare projects across the market and give you a straight view of each one: the location, the developer’s track record, the payment plan, the costs and the realistic rental picture.
Every listing on this site names its developer, and we publish prices, payment plans and handover dates only once they have been confirmed.

Meet Robert and Kayleigh
Shaw Luxury Real Estate is led by Robert and Kayleigh. Before focusing on Dubai, they worked in UK serviced accommodation, preparing homes for guests and looking after them day to day. It gave them a practical view of property: what makes a home easy to let, what it really costs to run, and what owners need to hear before they buy.
Their vision for Shaw Luxury Real Estate is simple. Give international buyers the advice they would want for themselves: clear, honest and focused on how a property will perform once the keys are handed over, not only on how it looks at launch.

Our background
From UK serviced accommodation to Dubai investment
Serviced accommodation teaches you how a property earns its income: who stays, what they expect, how it should be furnished, and what is left after cleaning, maintenance, fees and quieter months.
Robert and Kayleigh bring that experience to every Dubai purchase. When we look at a property with you, we look at it as a home and as an investment, so the numbers you see are realistic rather than optimistic.
If you would like your Dubai property furnished and managed as a holiday home, our sister company Shaw Stays can take care of it. Shaw Stays’ track record so far is in the United Kingdom, and its Dubai service is being set up under Dubai’s holiday home rules. Rental income is never guaranteed.
