DAMAC Islands 2 is the follow-on phase to DAMAC Islands, set in Dubailand. The developer presents it as a lagoon-front master community of around 20 million sq ft, with homes overlooking water features and a golf island. The current release on the official page consists of 4-bedroom villas of up to 2,186 sq ft and 5-bedroom villas of up to 3,159 sq ft.
