About Playa del Sol

Playa del Sol is a residential project by Ellington Properties on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, next to the Wynn Resort. Ellington announced it in September 2024 as its second residential project on the island, with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.

The developer lists studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplexes, four-bedroom penthouses and a four-bedroom villa. Announced amenities include a private jetty, a clubhouse, a multi-level infinity pool, a spa with saunas and steam rooms, a gym, a yoga studio, a squash court and children's areas. At launch, completion was scheduled for Q4 2027.
