About The Meriva Collection

The Meriva Collection is Ellington's beachfront masterplan on Island B of Dubai Islands, announced in February 2026. According to the developer, it consists of five residential buildings, a signature beachfront residence and a hotel run by a hospitality operator that has not been named. Homes range from one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, plus a small number of three- and five-bedroom signature residences with private pools and direct beach access.

Shared facilities listed by the developer include adult and children's pools, BBQ and dining areas, lagoon-style water features, a mini golf corner, a paddle tennis court, table tennis, fitness stations and a pet park. Guest parking has EV chargers. The official project page puts Dubai Islands Mall about five minutes away and Dubai International Airport about 18 minutes away.
