About Everly Place

Everly Place is a single residential building of 209 homes in the Meydan Horizon district of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, overlooking the crystal lagoon. Ellington announced it in June 2026. The mix covers one- and two-bedroom apartments, some with a study, and three-bedroom apartments with a study.

The developer lists a lagoon-facing infinity pool, a club lounge with a bowling alley, café bar, co-working and gaming areas, fitness and yoga studios, changing rooms with sauna and chromotherapy showers, indoor and outdoor play areas, an outdoor cinema, BBQ areas and cabanas. The official page puts Dubai International Airport and Business Bay about 15 minutes away, and the future Dubai Metro Gold Line is planned to serve MBR City and Meydan.
