About Soto Grande

Soto Grande is a two-tower residential project in Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah, with the towers joined by a central bridge. The official page gives 602 residences, from studios to three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses. Ellington announced it in September 2025. The developer says the homes look out over the lagoon, the golf course, the city and the Arabian Gulf.

Listed facilities include lap and kids' pools, a clubhouse, a fitness studio, a yoga and pilates studio, a badminton court, indoor and outdoor play areas, bicycle parking and EV charging. The launch announcement also mentions a padel court and spa-style changing rooms. The official page puts the Royal Yacht Club of Ras Al Khaimah about 3 minutes away, Al Hamra Mall about 7 minutes away and Dubai International Airport about an hour away.
