Windsor House II is the second phase of Ellington's Windsor House project in the Residential District of Dubai South. The official page lists it as off-plan, with studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The developer presents the location in terms of the planned expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport and the growth of Expo City Dubai.

Listed facilities include adult and kids' pools, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, a pilates studio and outdoor yoga area, a clubhouse with a games area, a bocce and croquet lawn, a BBQ pavilion, a pet wash and play area, a car wash bay and ground-level shops and cafés.
