About Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City

Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City is a branded master-planned community in the Nad Al Sheba area of Meydan, developed with design input from Mercedes-Benz. It is planned as 12 residential towers, including one signature tower, arranged around a central park offering 12 themed experiences. It is Binghatti's first master community.

Homes range from studios to five-bedroom apartments. The developer says the scheme carries the largest set of facilities it has offered on a single project, though the official page does not itemise them. In March 2026 Binghatti reported that the project had sold around half its inventory since launch.

Binghatti is a Dubai-based property developer founded in 2008 by Dr. Hussain BinGhatti.
