About PASSO by BEYOND

PASSO is BEYOND's first project outside its Dubai Maritime City masterplan: two sculptural towers named Avita and Bella on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. According to the developer's launch announcement of 1 August 2025, it comprises 625 homes, from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom penthouses and six beachfront mansions, arranged in three collections (Wellness, Elite and Signature), with completion scheduled for Q3 2029. Shared spaces include a shaded piazza, a wellness pavilion, cascading pools, rooftop sky gardens and a 360-degree infinity pool.
