About Yas Riva Reserve

Yas Riva Reserve is a gated villa community by Aldar on the north-eastern side of Yas Island, directly opposite Yas Riva, linked to the rest of the island by a new bridge that creates an additional entry point. It comprises 292 villas in four-, five- and six-bedroom layouts; 45 of them sit directly on the waterway, with the option of adding a private pontoon for boat mooring.
