About Binghatti Aquarise

Binghatti Aquarise is a residential tower in Business Bay on the Dubai Water Canal, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road. The building comprises three basement levels, 25 residential floors and a rooftop level, plus around 28 retail outlets. Its design takes its visual cues from water.

Apartments range from studios to four bedrooms, with a small number of two- and three-bedroom Royal Suites, and the developer states units are generally offered furnished. Leisure facilities include an infinity pool and an artificial beach area.
