About Binghatti Skyflame

Binghatti Skyflame is a pair of residential towers in Majan, Dubailand, with access to the E311 and Sheikh Zayed Road. Tower 1 rises to a ground floor, five podium levels and 27 residential floors; Tower 2 has a ground floor, five podium levels and 22 residential floors, with mechanical and roof levels on each.

The project offers studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with two-bedroom Royal Suites and retail space. The developer states there are more than 15 amenities, including pool areas, sports facilities and quiet zones, and completion is scheduled by 31 December 2027.
