About Eltiera Views

Eltiera Views is Ellington's second project in Jumeirah Islands after Eltiera Heights. It overlooks one of the community's lakes. The developer's announcement describes one- to three-bedroom apartments and three- and four-bedroom penthouses, while the project page refers to one- to four-bedroom homes. A four-level clubhouse at the centre of the scheme holds co-working space, social areas, wellness facilities and quiet retreat zones.

Other facilities named by the developer include an infinity-edge pool, a family pool, padel courts, direct lake access, fitness and dance studios, steam and sauna rooms, a cinema and games rooms, a podcast room and a water garden.
