About Skyscape Aura by Sobha

Skyscape Aura is one of three residential towers (with Skyscape Avenue and Skyscape Altius) that Sobha Realty is building in Sobha Hartland II, Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The tower offers 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3-bedroom apartments, and the developer lists a starting price of AED 1.96 million, subject to inventory.

Sobha's Skyscape page gives a December 2028 handover for all three towers. Shared facilities listed by the developer include an infinity pool, submerged seating pool, indoor and outdoor gyms, steam and sauna, a co-working space, a library, a yoga zone and a children's play area.
