Who is Sobha Realty?
Sobha Realty is the Dubai real estate arm of Sobha Group, which PNC Menon founded in 1976. The group lists operations in the UAE, India and the UK (Sobha Realty).
The company describes its approach as backward integration: design, engineering, construction, interiors, facade work, joinery and furniture manufacturing are kept in-house rather than contracted out, and it says it manufactures key components such as concrete, steel, flooring and interior fittings at its own facilities (Sobha Realty).

Planned handovers in 2026
In July 2026 Sobha said it planned to hand over 6,819 units in Dubai during the year, across Sobha Hartland, Sobha Hartland II, Sobha Reserve, Sobha One and Verde by Sobha, and called this its largest annual delivery so far (Sobha Realty press release). This is the developer’s own plan, not a guarantee: handover dates for individual buildings are set out in each Sale and Purchase Agreement.
